Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch

Goods with their payment cleared will normally be dispatched the same working day for orders confirmed before 2:00pm and the next working day for orders placed after 2:00pm providing we are able to deliver to your address. Orders placed in the evenings and weekends will be processed the next working day.

If, in the unlikely event that the product you have selected is not available at the time of your order being placed, you will be contacted within the same or next working day. We will let you know the estimated delivery time and you will have the right to cancel the order without obligation and we will refund the payment in full.

Delivery

The goods will be delivered via a national courier such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Interlink Express, DHL and UPS. It will usually be delivered to the address you specified on the next working day after being dispatched.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card with contact details of the delivery company will be left at your home informing you that they have attempted to deliver the item. You can normally choose to telephone the delivery company to make an arrangement for a redelivery or you can collect the goods at their local office or depot.

Please note that if you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If in the case of this happening, we reserve right to ask the customer to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for redelivery before we are able to re-dispatch the item to you.

Acceptance

When the goods are delivered, you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods you have right to reject the goods stating your reason(s) of refusal. If you accept the delivery, you are also accepting that the order has been completed.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. If you are not available to sign the delivery at the time the delivery arrives, you may ask your family member, neighbor or friend to sign the delivery on your behalf. If this is the case, advise the person who is signing to check that the goods being accepted are in accordance to the above terms.
